About Monarch Learning Labs™

We understand complex products and what it takes to build readiness around them.

Across medtech and advanced manufacturing, organizations depend on people who can confidently sell, support and operate increasingly complex technologies. That challenge exists whether a product is preparing to launch, expanding into new markets or applications, or has been in use for years.

Monarch helps organizations build product, clinical, operational, evidence and commercial readiness through connected, active practice, helping teams keep pace with the products, workflows and customer expectations that continue to evolve.

Why we are called Monarch

The monarch butterfly makes an extraordinary journey, navigating changing conditions across thousands of miles. Its success depends on more than knowing the destination. It must be ready for what happens along the way.

We chose the name Monarch because complex products follow a similar journey. A successful product requires more than delivering information. Teams need opportunities to apply knowledge, work through decisions and build confidence before those decisions affect a customer, a procedure or a patient.

That is the readiness Monarch was built to create.

Monarch builds active practice around the products, decisions and workflows people encounter in the real world.

The people who build it

Monarch brings together experience in medical device commercialization, clinical education, learning design, software development, advanced manufacturing and business growth. We understand both sides of the readiness challenge: what complex organizations need their teams to do and how to build practice that prepares them to do it.

Jeremy Kimmel, PhD

Jeremy founded Monarch Learning Labs after most of a career in medtech. At a startup building a complex device for patients with respiratory failure, he saw adoption stall because of how people were trained to use it, not because of the technology. Monarch grew out of that lesson: software-first practice that keeps training in step with the products it supports.

How we work

We build the place where knowledge gets put to work.

We build from your products

We start with the decisions, workflows and conversations that shape performance. Then we combine your expertise and approved content with scenario design, Digital Product Twins and targeted coaching to create practice that builds readiness.

How we partner

Readiness is not created through a one-time build. We work alongside your team to understand what people need, design meaningful practice, deliver it within your training ecosystem and keep it aligned as products, evidence, workflows and teams evolve.

Step 1

Discover

We identify the readiness challenge, the people it affects and the business outcome the organization needs to improve.

Step 2

Design

We map the workflows, decisions and source content that should become active practice.

Step 3

Deliver

We build and launch the experience within the learning environment teams already use.

Step 4

Drive

We evaluate what is working, keep the experience current and identify where readiness can support the next stage of growth.

The platform makes practice scalable, the partnership keeps it valuable.

Bring us a readiness challenge.

Whether you are introducing a new product, scaling adoption, preparing people for an evolving workflow or strengthening performance around an established technology, we will help you identify where active practice can make the greatest difference.
