Training That
Drives Growth

The practice step between training and a live case.

Monarch is a readiness platform for medtech. We turn the product, clinical and evidence content you already own into browser-based practice, so reps, clinical specialists and providers rehearse the decisions of a live case before they are in one.

Deployed globally with more than 2,000 providers to date.

We built a digital twin of an intraoperative planning tool for a MedTech 100 surgical robotics platform, giving surgeons, clinical teams and sales teams the same interface and workflows in a browser.

It removed the dependence on physical systems and travel, so people could repeat the workflow until it was familiar before they entered the operating room.

“Monarch Learning Labs completely transformed our training processes. Our teams now learn faster, perform better, and feel more confident with new technologies. Monarch is truly a game changer.”

— MedTech 100 Company

Your training is complete, but your first quarter in the field still goes sideways.

Medtech organizations have already invested in product training, clinical education, field enablement, and a platform to hold it all. The material is accurate and the completion rates look fine. What is missing is the step between reading about a workflow and performing it, and people usually take that step for the first time in front of a customer, during a live case.

Stage one

Knowing

Trained, tracked and complete

  • Product training
  • Clinical education
  • Field enablement
The step nobody rehearses

Most people take this step for the first time in a live case.

Stage two

Doing

In front of a customer, in real time

  • First setup
  • Case support call
  • Clinician pushback

What we do

We turn the content you already own into practice.

Nothing gets written from scratch. We build from your product decks, your clinical content, your instructions for use and your published evidence, so every scenario traces back to a document your own team has already approved.

Then people practice. They make the real decision, see what follows from it, get coached at the moment of the choice, and run it again. No scores and no leaderboard. Nobody is graded in front of their manager.

1

What you already own

Product decks, clinical content, instructions for use and published evidence, all approved by your team and already in your systems.

2

Rebuilt as practice

We design the scenarios and build them, so every decision point traces back to a source document rather than to us.

3

Rehearsed before it counts

People run the scenario, see where their call lands, and run it again as many times as they need.

Who practices

The people who sell, support and operate the technology.

Sales representatives

Product fluency deep enough to hold a clinical conversation, and the customer questions that follow from it.

Clinical specialists

Case support judgment, workflow decisions, and the troubleshooting that happens with a physician waiting.

Providers and OR teams

Setup, operation and onboarding for the people who will run the device after your team leaves the account.

How it fits

Monarch adds a practice layer to the systems you already run.

Adopting Monarch is not a migration. Your systems stay where they are, your administrators keep their permissions, and your approval process does not change.

The split of work is deliberate. You own the learners and the content. We own the scenario work, because that is the part that takes specialist time and the part that goes stale if nobody is responsible for it.

Your LMS stays the system of recordMonarch is the practice layer on top of it.
LTI, SSO or a deep linkScenarios launch from where your learners already are. No second login.
You keep governanceLearner administration, program governance and content approval stay with you.
We keep it currentScenario design, the build, and the work of keeping it in step with your product.

What Monarch is, and what it isn’t.

The category is crowded and most of it does something else. Here is the line.

Monarch is not an LMS and does not replace one.
There are no headsets and no hardware dependency.
It is not a content library, a quiz engine, or a chatbot with your documents behind it.
We are not a surgical technique trainer: we teach your device and its workflow, not how to perform the procedure.
We train the people who sell, support and operate the technology, which includes providers and OR teams.

Getting started

Start with a Monarch Accelerator.

A paid pilot with the scope fixed up front: one readiness domain, one user group, and success criteria agreed before we build anything. You pay for it because the point is a real answer about whether this works on your material.

ScopeOne readiness domain, one defined user group.
Agreed up frontSuccess criteria set before anything is built.
PurposeEvidence to decide what comes next.

We would rather show you how this works on your own material than ask you to commit after a conversation.

Schedule an Evaluation

Book a discovery conversation.

30 minutes. Bring the launch you are worried about and the team that has to carry it, and we will tell you whether this is the right fit and where it would help most.
